1. Profile Combination:

- Inner Solid Wood: Insisted on original imported wood with FSC forest certification and PEFC green environmental protection certification. Selected weather-resistant woods such as North American red oak and Russian larch with a golden growth period of 30-50 years, and only 30% of the tree core can be used by Wangmei. The wood is left standing for more than 6 months and subjected to microwave balancing treatment to eliminate stress and prevent cracking and deformation. The moisture content is strictly controlled at 13%±2% to suit wooden window processing and prevent cracking and deformation. The surface is coated with environmental water-based paint for anti-corrosion and anti-moth, and 1,000 custom colors are available.

- Outer Aluminum Alloy: Adopts aluminum alloy profiles with a thickness of 1.5mm. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying or powder spraying, which is resistant to ultraviolet rays, acid rain, and has lasting color.

- Connection Process: Fixed wood and aluminum through heat-insulating nylon connectors or mortise-tenon structures to avoid condensation caused by direct contact between metal and wood. The thermal conductivity coefficient (K value) is better than that of ordinary wooden windows and aluminum alloy windows.

- Processed by imported Italian full-automatic door and window equipment with a processing accuracy of 0.1mm.

2. Glass and Hardware Configuration:

- Glass System: Standard configuration of "5Low-e+12A+5G+12A+5G glass" insulated combination, with a sound insulation of over 38dB.

- Hardware: Adopts imported German multi-lock point hardware system, and the hardware of the sash can bear up to 150KG.

3. Sealing and Waterproof Design:

- Multi-channel Sealing: Equipped with EPDM rubber strips, which are highly elastic and weather-resistant, and can still be used normally at -20℃ to 120℃.
