On October 28, 2024, Production Line 7 began water discharge and cold repair, entering the stage of kiln transformation, construction and equipment upgrading. After the rapid demolition of the old kiln, the construction of the new glass kiln started on December 16, 2024. The kiln construction was completed on March 2, 2025, and the company's president personally capped the kiln and delivered a speech at the capping ceremony. On May 25, 2025, an ignition ceremony was held, with the company's president attending and giving a speech. On June 22, 2025, the production line officially started producing glass. Glass sales began on June 23, 2025.
The production line uses a full set of advanced equipment from Germany's Gren, with stronger production capacity for customer-customized sizes and thicknesses. We have been researching how to create products that everyone truly wants. Now, the new generation of extra-large size and extra-thick glass makes a strong debut. With natural gas tempering to refine quality, it breaks through the boundaries of traditional sizes. The 5.2-meter extra-large panel and 15mm thickened innovative technology provide better solutions for coating, glass curtain walls and high-end home decoration.
