Lamineringsprocess för laminerat glas
The laminating process of laminated glass is a key step in precisely stacking and initially bonding glass and interlayers into a "glass-interlayer-glass" structure in a clean environment. The core is to ensure cleanliness, alignment, and reduce air entrapment, laying the foundation for subsequent processing. The specific overview is as follows:
First, in a clean workshop of Class 100,000 or higher (with temperature and humidity controlled at 20-25℃ and 40%-60%), check the pretreated glass (clean, dry, and free of defects) and interlayers (free of wrinkles and impurities, and of matching type). Then, place the bottom glass stably on the laminating table and position it, then lay the interlayer flat (with edges slightly wider than the glass), and gently remove impurities after alignment. Next, precisely stack the top glass on the interlayer, ensuring the edge deviation is ≤1mm. After that, use a rubber roller to press and expel air from the center to the surroundings, making the three initially bond together. Finally, check for misalignment, wrinkles, or bubbles, and trim the excess edges of the interlayer.
The entire process focuses on "cleanliness" and "precision" to reduce impurities and bubbles, ensuring the quality of subsequent processing.
